Hearing Aid Tracker ("the app") is developed by Naveen Mathivanan. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it's used, and your choices.
Hearing Aid Tracker stores all of your data — hearing aids, parts, inventory, and change history — only on your device. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. The only data that leaves your device is anonymous purchase information needed to activate Pro, and any feedback you choose to send us.
Devices (left/right ear), part types, change dates, inventory counts, and reorder links you add are stored locally using Apple's on-device SwiftData storage. This data is not uploaded, synced, or transmitted to any server we operate.
Hearing Aid Tracker schedules local reminders on your device (before a part is due, on the due date, and daily while overdue) using Apple's local notification system. These reminders never leave your device and don't involve any push notification server.
Hearing Aid Tracker offers an optional Pro subscription and a one-time Lifetime unlock, processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and managed via RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives:
RevenueCat does not receive your hearing aid data, part history, or inventory. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for how they handle this data.
If you open Send Feedback (in Settings, or by long-pressing the app icon) and submit a post, comment, or vote, it is sent to FeedbackJar, our feedback provider. FeedbackJar receives:
Nothing is sent to FeedbackJar unless you open the feedback screen and submit something. Your hearing aid data, part history, and inventory are never included.
